1. Major Function

Ø Pure electric drive: The vehicle is powered by pure lithium batteries, zero release, and suitable for the emission requirements of tunnel operation;

Ø Fast conversion device: The vehicles can be quickly switched between highway and railway operations;

Ø All terrain off-road: The vehicle adopts four-wheel independent suspension and four-wheel drive, and has all-terrain off-road capability with strong overload capability. This allows the vehicle to not only get on and off track with ease, but also enables it to operate in the harshest and remote conditions, It is also suitable for emergency rescue work;

Ø Remote control: When the vehicle is traveling on the track, It has two modes of manual driving and remote control driving;


 

Ø Remote monitoring: The vehicle is equipped with environmental video, real-time data transmission system, and satellite positioning system, which can remotely monitor the vehicle's operating status, location information and running trajectory in real time;

Ø Harmful gas detection: The vehicle is equipped with harmful gas detection system, 2 types of harmful gases can be customized according to user requirement (up to 8 types);

Ø Laser and line camera scanning: It can detect tunnel structural deformation and apparent defects, including horizontal diameter, ellipticity, inter-ring/internal misalignment, water leakage, clearance detection, etc, and can generate tunnel surface laser images using point clouds;

Ø Intelligent track inspection: It can detect defects such as cracks in the track plate, sleepers, and ballast bed, as well as missing or displaced track fasteners. It also features high-definition track imaging, intelligent identification, and defect warning functions.

Ø Track geometry state detection: It can be optionally equipped with track geometry state detection to detect track geometry state parameters, steel rail corrugation, and rail profile.

Ø Ground Penetrating Radar Detection: It can also be optionally equipped with Ground Penetrating Radar detection system to inspect the defects such as ballast-bed contamination and subgrade defects.
